摘要
职业化建设,已经成为高职院校辅导员队伍建设的当务之急。从辅导员职业定位、职业资格、职业预期、职业保障等方面,分析辅导员队伍职业化建设面临的主要问题,并对此提出一些思考和对策。
Professional construction for instructors has become the first imperative for vocational colleges. This essay analyses existing problems in the aspects of professional orientation, qualification, anticipation and guarantee as well as giving possible solutions.
