摘要
本文介绍224例心血管疾病,术前超声与术后对比分析;着重分析7例失误的主要原因,纠正方法及注意事项。本组224例均经手术证实,总符合率为96.85％,其中7例误差,占3.15％,经统计学检验,P<0.01,说明超声有极显著诊断意义。
The preoperative and postoperative ultrasonic diagnoses of 224 cases with angiocardionpathy were contrastly analysed in this paper. The vital cause of seven cases misjudgement, the method of correction and points for attention were mainly discossed. All of the 224 cases were operatively proved that rate of coincidence was 96.85％of which seven are misjudgement(errors), the ratio accounts for 3.15％(P<0.01), the diagnostic significant was highly obvious.
