摘要
为了检测改造后的CryIA(c)基因在植物中的表达,将其构建成表达载体并采用农杆菌介导的方法导入番茄.通过对转基因番茄植株的PCR,Southern和Northernblot分析,证实外源CryIA(c)基可整合到番茄基因组中,并能顺利表达.为该基因在其它农作物上的应用提供了依据.
In order to examine the expression of modified Cry IA(c) gene in plant, the plant expression vector pBQXM409 containing a modified Cry IA(c) gene is constructed. Then, the gene is transferred into tomato by Agrobacteriummediated. The results of PCR,Southern and Northern bolt analysis indicate that the modified Cry IA(c) gene integrates into tomato genome and expresses successfully in transgenic tomato plants. The data provides basis for application of the modified Cry IA(c) in other crop.
