摘要
为了解决中国石油化工股份有限公司广州分公司加氢裂化装置液化石油气铜片腐蚀不合格的问题,分析加氢裂化装置基础设计的物料平衡数据,评估各塔脱硫效果,发现脱乙烷塔失灵是液化石油气质量不合格的主要原因。因为脱乙烷塔的问题短时间内无法解决,为了解决铜片腐蚀问题,制订精脱硫方案,即在液化石油气出装置线上增加一个脱硫罐,在罐内填充精脱硫剂脱除硫化氢。精脱硫方案实施后达到了预期的效果,最终解决了液化石油气铜片腐蚀不合格的问题。
In the hydrocracker of SINOPEC Guangzhou Company, the copper coupon test of LPG failed to meet the required specifications. To solve this problem, the material balance data in the basic design of hydro- cracker were utilized to analyze and evaluate the desulfurization performance of each tower. The LPG off-speci- fication was found to be attributable to the poor operation of deethanizer tower. As the deethanizer problem could not be solved in a short time, a refining desulfurization was proposed. A desulfurization tank was in- stalled on the LPG outlet pipeline of the unit and the tank was filled with fine desulfurization agent to remove H2S. The data before and after installation of desulfurization tank confirm that good desulfurization perform- ance has been achieved as expected. The cooper coupon test of LPG has met the specifications.
