回收变压吸附解吸气作甲醇原料的实践

摘要 对变压吸附(PSA)解吸气回收方案进行对比分析,将原用作燃料的PSA解吸气改用作甲醇原料,通过流程改造实施这一工艺,发现改造既没有对PSA的操作及产品质量造成不良影响,也没有对甲醇装置的操作及甲醇质量产生不利影响。实践表明,通过回收PSA解吸气多产甲醇26160 t/a,年经济效益达4708.8×104RMB$。 Through comparison analysis of PSA desorption gas utilization schemes, it was decided to use the PSA desorption gas as the feed to the methanol production plant rather than as the fuel gas. After imple- mentation of this process in the revamp, no negative impact has been found either on PSA unit operation and product quality or on methanol unit operation and methanol product quality. As the result, additional 26 160 tons of methanol is produced from PSA desorption gas each year and annual economic benefits is 47. 088 mil- lion Yuan RMB.
