摘要
介绍了中国石油天然气股份有限公司哈尔滨石化分公司全厂低温热水系统改造情况。改造要求MTBE装置中脱异丁烷塔重沸器热源由蒸汽改为低温热水,保证夏季时全部利用低温热水,冬季时尽量利用剩余低温热水热量,不足热量由蒸汽补充。大庆华凯石油化工设计工程有限公司提出在原有脱异丁烷塔重沸器的基础上再增加一台重沸器,原有重沸器热源不变,新增重沸器热源为低温热水,改造实施后,达到了节能目的,以脱异丁烷塔实际处理量10 t/h,每年夏季运行4000 h计算,每年可以节省411.4×104RMB$,具有显著的经济效益,本次改造说明,塔底重沸器并联设置时,热源可以采用不同热媒,热媒提供的热量可以任何比例调节。
In the revamp of plant-wide low-temperature hot water system of PetroChina Harbin Petro- chemical Co. , Ltd. in 2007, the heat source of bottom reboiler of deisobutanizer of MTBE unit was changed from steam to low-temperature hot water, to make sure that low-temperature hot water was used in summer and the surplus quantity of low-temperature hot water was maximally utilized in winter, which is supplemented by steam. It was proposed by Huakai Daqing Petrochemical Engineering Co. , Ltd. that an additional reboiler be installed in the de-isobutanizer tower with heat supplied from low-temperature hot water, while existing reboiler heat supply remained unchanged. After the implementation of the revamping, 4. 114 million yuan is saved each year when the deisobutanizer is operating for 4 000 hours in summer at 10 t/h capacity. The economic benefits is significant. The revamp also shows that different heat media can be used for the tower bottom reboilers in parallel configuration. The heat supplied by the hot media can be flexibly adjusted at any ratios.
