老年2型糖尿病合并左室舒张功能不全相关性分析

The analysis of the relationship between type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) and left ventral diastolic dysfunction

目的对老年2型糖尿病合并左室舒张功能不全相关性进行分析。方法按2型糖尿病病程分成3组,<5年12例,5至10年33例,>10年10例,将其发生左室舒张功能不全的比例进行统计学分析(χ2检验)。结果随着糖尿病病程的延长,其左室舒张功能不全的发生率也增高,P<0.01。结论早期发现及治疗糖尿病可延缓甚至避免左室舒张功能不全的发生。

Objective To analyse the relationship beteen T2DM and left ventral diastolic dysfunction Methods All the patients were divided into 3 groups according to the process, 〈5 year group （12 cases）, 5-10years group （33 cases）, 〉10years group （10 cases）, to study the incidence of left ventral diastolic dysfunction by chi-square test Results The longer process of T2DM, The higher incidence, of the ventral diastolic dysfunction Conclusions to early find and treat the T2DM can prolong, or avoid the left ventral diastolic dysfunction.
