吡虫啉对稻水象甲卵巢发育和产卵的影响 被引量:9

摘要 1994~1996年在浙江省双季稻区的试验结果表明,吡虫啉对稻水象甲的卵巢发育和产卵有明显的抑制作用。用100mg/kg的剂量浸秧根后,稻水象甲成虫卵巢发育速度减慢,小管内未成熟卵的卵黄消解而成熟卵粒堆在侧输卵管萼内难以产出。插秧10d后,处理田的着卵量仅为对照田的4.2%。吡虫啉浸秧根可有效控制越冬代稻水象甲主迁种群在早稻本田的产卵,且不影响稻田天敌种群的建立。 ? The influence of Imidacloprid on the ovarian development and oviposition of rice water weevil, Lissorhoptrus oryzophilus Kuschel, was studied by seedling root soaking both in laboratory and fields in 1994~1996. The suppression effect of the insecticide was shown not only as retardation of the ovarian development but also as dysfunction of oviposition, which the growing oocytes were resorbed and all of the chorionated eggs were detained in the egg calyxes but few were laid. The count of the egg laying on the 10th day after transplant in treated plots at a rate of 100 mg/kg was only 4.2% of the amount in the control. So, seedling root soaking by Imidacloprid could be an effctive measure for controlling the rice water weevil. 
