摘要
江西省新干县财政局以科学发展观为指导，对赣江大桥等政府性工程项目投资额中应付给农民工的工资．试行财政直接支付。具体做法是：县财政局对工程项目报送的农民工工资进行审核，通过县联社及时将工资支付到农民工工资折上：农民工凭工资折和身份证等有效证件到代理银行各网点领取工资。
