摘要 研究了A-948增效型熏蒸剂的活性物释放、熏蒸空间内活性物浓度以及室内、实仓及大面积示范推广的药效。结果表明:投药后7天左右活性物的释放基本完全,熏蒸空间内的活性物浓度在投药后4天达到最高值。密闭7天,投药量1~1.2g(a.i)/m3,即可使烟仓内各种害虫的死亡率达100%。 The assay included the release of the active ingredient(a.i), change of the a.i concentration in a fumigating space and its toxicity to the stored tobacco insects in laborotory and warehouse. The results showed that a.i completly released in 7d. The highest a.i concentration appeared at 4d after initiation of the fumigation. The control effects reached 100% with A-948 a.i dosage 1~1.2g/m3 within 7d.
