氨基胍和维生素C调节1型糖尿病大鼠胰腺细胞iNOS的表达 被引量:1

摘要 目的观察氨基胍、维生素C对糖尿病大鼠胰腺的胰腺细胞iNOS蛋白表达有何影响。方法利用链脲佐菌素腹腔注射法诱导建立1型糖尿病大鼠模型,SD大鼠随机分为正常对照组、糖尿病组、维生素C治疗组、氨基胍治疗组,治疗16周后取胰腺组织作免疫组织化学检测胰腺细胞iNOS蛋白表达情况。结果①糖尿病组胰腺细胞iNOS阳性产物呈弥漫分布,其色明显深于正常对照组和氨基胍、维生素C组。②氨基胍、维生素C组iNOS蛋白表达与正常对照组相似为弱表达。结论1型糖尿病大鼠胰腺细胞iNOS蛋白表达升高,氨基胍(AG)、维生素C(VC)对糖尿病组大鼠胰腺细胞iNOS的表达存在抑制作用。 Objective To observe the Aminogucinidine and Vitamin C regulate the expression of iNOS on pancreatic cell in diabetic rat pancreas. Methods Diabetic rats were induced by intraperitoneal injection of STZ. Rats were allocated to normal control group,diabetic model group,Vitamin C treatment group,Aminogucinidine treatment group. All rats were treated with corresponding drugs for 16 weeks.After the treatment,the pancreas were strippinged out to observe the expression of iNOS on pancreatic cell in diabetic rat pancreas by immunohistochemical method. Results ①Diabetes mellitus occurred in the three model groups.②The positive product of iNOS on pancreatic cell in diabetic rat pancreas was higher than those of Aminogucinidine group,Vitamin C group and nomal control group(P〈0.05). ③The positive product of iNOS on pancreatic cell in Aminogucinidine group and Vitamin C group was similar with that of nomal control group.Conclusion Aminogucinidine and Vitamin C could inhibit the expression of iNOS on pancreatic cell in diabetic rat pancreas.
