摘要 长压力管管材选取和管径的确定,关系着电站工程的合理性和总造价。充分考虑工程规模、工作压力、当地管材的生产状况、施工及运输难度等因素,选取了当地具有新工艺的管材与常规管材,从技术、经济、安全、适用等方面进行比较,确定出以PCCP管和钢管(螺旋焊)结合使用的方案。然后选用不同管径进行动态经济比较,最后定出经济管径。通过本方法确定的PCCP管和钢管(螺旋焊)结合方案比常规的直缝焊钢管节省投资约40%,并加快了施工进度。 Determination for the materials and diameter of a long pressure pipe plays an important role in the reasonableness and total cost of the power station. Giving full consideration to such the factors as the project scale, work pressttre and the produetion, construction and transportation of the local materials, comparing the local new materials with the conventional materials in the technical, economic, secure, applicable aspect and so on, the application scheme is determined combining the PCCP pipe with the steel pipe(spirally welded). Then the different diameters of pipe are used for dynamic and economic comparison, finally setting an economic diameter. The pipe material determined through this method could save the investment by about 40% than the conventional steel pipe welded with straight seams, and speed up the construction progress.
