交口抽渭灌区排水干支沟淤积产生原因分析及防治措施

2003年8月~10月降水所形成的渍涝盐碱灾害,再次告诫人们,对于交口抽渭这个地势低平,排水不畅,地下水位埋深较浅,地下水矿化度高的灌区,兴建完善的排水系统十分必要。而加强管理养护,确保其通畅运行则是发挥排水工程效益的关键环节。作者经过大量调查分析认为,在造成灌区排水干支沟淤积诸多原因中,排水工程重视不够,管理经费不落实,管护组织不健全是主要原因,并有针对性提出几点防治措施。

Through a large number of investigations and analyses, it is considered that the main causes of siltation of the drainage ditches in the irrigation area are not to pay attention to the drainage works, not to implement the management cost and not to perfect the rnangement organizations, and then, several prevention and control measures am put forward in view of the problems.
