摘要
利用6个大豆(Gmax)种质研究不同水份散失速度对大豆种子质量与活力的影响.在生理成熟期后期减缓水份损失速度,可显著减少北方大豆种质在武汉地区所产生的皱缩型种子,提高种子活力;而加速水分散失速度则明显促进皱缩型种子的产生,降低种子活力.由此可见,原产北部高纬地区的大豆种质在武汉地区产生大量质量低劣种子的一个重要原因是鼓粒期高温加速大豆植株失水所致,任何有效减缓植株水分散失速度的措施均有可能显著抑制皱缩种子的产生,从而有效提高大豆种子的质量和活力.
Six soybean varieties,of which five have the origin of high-latitude and cool region of Heilongjiang,China,were introduced to the investigation to observe their vigor reaction to plant water loss speeds.Water loss speed offered very significant effect on seed germination.Accelerated water loss speed can severely reduce soybean germinating rate,while slowed water loss speed can effectively improved seed vigor and germination rate.It was concluded that water loss speed was one of the most important and direct factors that resulted in the formation of soybean seeds of low vigor,and tropical/subtropical varieties might have stronger ability of water-holding than those of varieties developed in high-latitude/cool areas.
