摘要
采用无皂乳液聚合方式,制备了VAc/AA/BA三元共聚物,探讨了丙烯酸丁酯结构单元、引发剂用量、反应温度对乳液稳定性、黏度、转化率,以及粘接强度的影响规律。结果表明:BA和APS用量分别为混合单体总质量的8.0%、0.5%,反应温度为75℃,共聚乳液具有良好性能。
The terpolymer of VAc / AA / BA is prepared by soap-free emulsion. This paper discusses the influence of structural unit of butyl acrylate, initiator volume and the reaction temperature on the stability, viscosity, the conversion rate and adhesive strength of emulsion. The findings suggest that when the volumes of BA and APS are 8.0% and 0.5% of the total mass of mixed monomer and the reaction temperature is 75 ℃, the copolymer emulsion has the best performance.
