摘要
通过对数控车床刀具补偿和数控铣床刀具半径补偿的研究,结合具体加工实例分析了刀具半径补偿在数控车数控铣编程中的使用方法。探讨编程技巧,从而较好地控制数控机床的零件加工精度。
By studying the cutter compensation of CNC machines and the cutter radius compensation of CNC milling machines, and by combining specific cases, this paper analyzes the application of cutter radius compensation in the programming of CNC machines, which have a better control of the part processing precision.
