Study of Students' Employment Competitiveness in Vocational Colleges

提高学生的就业竞争力是高职院校教育教学改革的重要课题。文章在分析高职学生就业竞争力的现实意义、内涵、结构要素的基础上,对培养和提升高职学生就业竞争力的途径作研究和探讨。

To improve students＇ employment competitiveness has been an important subject of education and teaching reform in vocational colleges. Based on the analysis of practical significance, connotation and structure elements of students＇ employment competitiveness, this paper studies and discusses the approaches to cultivate and promote students＇ employment competitiveness.
