摘要
研究了一种包含左手材料的介电常数在一个单元内从0?ε到0ε连续变化的一维光子晶体,通过理论分析和数值计算,得到了该结构的色散关系.结果表明:即使在可见光区域该结构也存在一个很大的带隙.
In this paper, a one-dimensional periodical photonic crystal including left-handed materials (LHMs) with continuously varying permittivity from -ε0 -ε0 in the unit cell is constructed, and the dispersion relation is given by theoretical analysis and numerical compute which permits wider frequency gaps even in visible light region.
