摘要
目的:探讨VEGF在卵巢癌组织中的表达及其与卵巢癌发生、发展的关系。方法:运用逆转录聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)和免疫组织化学染色法检测VEGF在正常卵巢组织及卵巢癌组织中的表达情况。结果:卵巢癌组织中VEGF mRNA表达水平及蛋白阳性率均高于正常卵巢组织(P<0.05),VEGF mRNA表达水平及蛋白阳性率与卵巢癌的浸润程度、临床分期和淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05)。结论:卵巢癌组织中VEGF mRNA和蛋白含量均高于正常卵巢组织。VEGF可能参与了卵巢癌的发生、侵袭和转移。
Objective: To explore the expression of VEGF in ovarian carcinomas, and investigate the relationship with oncogenesis and progression of ovarian carcinoma. Methods: The mRNA and protein levels of VEGF in ovarian carcinoma and normal ovarian tissues were detected with reverse transeription-polymerase ehain reaction (RT-PCR) and immunohis-tochemistry. Results: The mRNA level and positive rate of VEGF protein of ovarian carcinoma were significantly higher than that of normal ovarian tissues (P〈0.05). The VEGF mRNA level and positive rate were correlated with the infiltration degree, clinical stage and lymph node metastasis (P〈0.05). Conclusion: mRNA level of VEGF and protein of ovarian carcinoma are higher than that of normal ovarian tissues. It is possible that VEGF participates in the oncogenesis, transfer and invasion of ovarian eareinoma.
