摘要
目的:研究尖锐湿疣组织中MMP-9的表达及与CD105标染的疣体内微血管密度(MVD)和瘤体生物学行为的相关性。方法:运用免疫组化SP法检测MMP-9在35例尖锐湿疣组织、15例正常包皮组织中的表达及CD105标染的新生血管的密度,分析MMP-9在尖锐湿疣组织中的表达情况,进一步分析其表达与MVD值、临床病理特征及复发的关系。结果:MMP-9在尖锐湿疣组的表达水平明显高于正常包皮组(P<0.01),尖锐湿疣组的MVD值高于正常包皮组(P<0.01)。Spearman相关分析提示MMP-9表达水平与MVD值呈正相关。结论:MMP-9过表达可能与尖锐湿疣疣体的形成和频繁复发有关,MMP-9蛋白过度表达在尖锐湿疣疣体的血管形成中具有重要的临床意义。
Objective: To study the expression of MMP-9 in condyloma aeuminatum (CA) tissues and detect the correlation between CD105 stained MVD and the biological behaviors of the disease. Methods: The expression of CD105 and MMP-9 in 35 cases of CA and 15 cases of prepuces was studied by SP immunohistochemical method. The correlation between their expression levels and clinical pathological features was also analyzed. Results: The expression of MMP-9 in CA tissues was higher compared with normal prepuces (P〈0.01). MVD in CA group was higher than the normal prepuces (P〈0.01). Spearman correlation analysis suggested that the expression of MMP-9 was positively correlated with MVD. Conclusion: The overexpression of MMP-9 may be related to the occurrence and frequent recurrence of CA, and the overexpression of MMP-9 plays a key role in the angiogenesis of CA.
