左氧氟沙星治疗下呼吸道感染41例临床观察

The clinical observation of Levofloxacin in the treatment of 41 cases of lower respiratory tract infection

目的:观察左氧氟沙星治疗下呼吸道感染的临床疗效及安全性。方法:选择下呼吸道感染患者41例,以左氧氟沙星0.2～0.3g静滴,2次/d,连用7～14d,平均用药时间9.6d。结果:本组41例患者经治疗后,痊愈22例,显效15例,进步3例,无效1例,总有效率为90.24%。结论:左氧氟沙星是一种高效、安全的广谱抗生素,对下呼吸道感染有很好的治疗效果。

Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Levofloxacin in the treatment of lower respiratory tract infection. Methods： 41 cases of patients with lower respiratory tract infection were selected, and treated with 0.2-0.3 g Levofloxacin by intravenous infusion, twice a day for 7-14 d, the average use time was 9.6 d. Results： After the treatment of 41 cases of patients in our study, 22 cases were fully recovered, 15 cases were effective, 3 cases were progressive, 1 case was ineffective, the total effective rate was 90.24%. Conclusion： Levofloxacin is an efficient and safe broad-spectrum antibiotics, and have a very good therapeutic effect on the lower respiratory tract infection.
