思密达治疗小儿口腔溃疡的疗效观察

The clinical observation of Smecta in treatment of children with oral ulcer

目的:探讨思密达治疗小儿口腔溃疡的临床效果。方法:我院2005年5月～2007年5月收治的因各种疾病所致的口腔溃疡门诊和住院患儿70例应用思密达治疗,并与同期应用锡类散治疗70例小儿口腔溃疡的临床效果进行比较。结果:思密达组显效51例,有效17例,无效2例。对照组显效15例,有效38例,无效17例。思密达治疗小儿口腔溃疡疗效明显好于锡类散,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:思密达治疗小儿口腔溃疡,患儿易接受,且疗程短,临床效果满意,可作为治疗口腔溃疡的首选药物之一,值得临床推广使用。

Objective： To investigate the clinical effects of Smecta in treatment of children with oral ulcer. Methods： Retrospective analysis of our hospital from May 2005 to May 2007 treated for various diseases caused by oral ulcer outpatient and hospitalization in children with 70 cases of application of Smecta treatment, and with the same period in the treatment of applications Xileisan 70 cases of pediatric clinical effects of oral ulcer comparison. Results： In the Smecta group, 51 cases markedly effective, effective 17 cases, 2 cases of null and void. In the control group, 15 cases markedly effective, effective 38 cases, 17 cases of null and void. It could be seen that Smecta efficacy of treatment of children with oral ulcer significantly better than Xileisan, there was significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The treatment of pediatric Smecta oral ulcers, easy to accept children, and a short course of treatment, clinical results were satisfactory and can be used as the treatment of oral ulcers, one of the preferred drug, it is worth for clinical use.
