摘要
通过对石油化工各类油品储罐在生产运行中发生突沸、喷溅及憋压损坏的事故风险因素进行辨识和分析,找出其发生原因,并从工艺及管理上提出控制措施,保证油品储罐的安全运行。
By identifying and analyzing the risk factors of sudden boiling,splash and pressure increase accidents in the operation of various kinds of oil storage tank,this paper identifies the causes of the accidents and advances some control measures from process and management point of view to ensure the safe operation of storage tanks.
