高校特殊群体就业问题及对策研究

A Study on the Employment Problems and the Special Groups in Colleges and Universities and the Countermeasures

随着我国高等教育发展的普遍化、大众化,高校毕业生就业困难已成为迫切需要解决的问题,而高校中经济困难、学业困难、心理障碍学生等特殊群体的就业困难问题尤为突出。本文试图从政府、高校院系两个角度分析高校中特殊群体就业困难的成因,提出缓解就业困难的相关对策。

With the universalize and popularization of China＇ s higher education development problems of the graduated employment has become an urgent issue to be solved. And the employment problems of the students with financial difficulty, academic difficulty, and psychological barriers are especially serious. This essay analyzed the cause of employment difficulties of the special groups in colleges and universities form the perspectives of the government and colleges and put forward the relative measures of easing the employment problems.
