新课程管理体制刍议

摘要 我国自建国以来经历了七次大大小小的课程改革,每一次课程改革都是对前一次的深入和提高,每一次课程改革都有新的亮点,都给教学带来了生机和活力。1999年,《党中央国务院关于深化教育改革全面推进素质教育的决定》中正式提出"建立新的基础教育课程体系,试行国家课程、地方课程、学校课程",即建立三级课程管理体制,这无疑是新一轮课改的一个亮点。但在新的三级课程管理体制中,如何把握好分权的尺度,是一个仍需要深入研究的问题。
