摘要
试验采用土培和溶液培养方法,研究了黄瓜硼与IAA代谢的关系,结果表明:缺硼增加黄瓜叶中酚含量,降低多酚氧化酶和IAAase活性,抑制IAA的运输,从而导致生长点IAA的累积和黄瓜的生理失调。
The experiments were conducted through soil culture and nutrition solution to study the effect of Boron deficiency on IAA metabolism in cucumber. The results showed that under Boron deficiency condition, phenol content in cucumber young leaves increased, while PPD and IAAase activities decreased and IAA transportation was restrained. IAA accumulation in young leaves and stem apex result in cucumber physiological disorder.
