摘要
以玉米淀粉和3-氯-2-羟丙基三甲基氯化铵为原料,采用干法合成高取代度阳离子淀粉,用其对啤酒污水进行了絮凝处理。考察了沉降时间、阳离子淀粉用量、慢速搅拌时间、pH值对絮凝效果的影响。结果表明,阳离子淀粉对啤酒污水絮凝处理的最佳条件为沉降时间24 min,阳离子淀粉用量20 mg.L-1,慢速搅拌时间14 min,pH=8.0。在该条件下,啤酒污水浊度可降至3.9 NTU。
In this paper,maize starch and 3-chloro-2-hydroxypropyl trimethyl ammorium chlorate were used as raw materials. Drying method was used to prepare cation starch with high exchange degree for treating beer sewage as flocculant. The effects of setting time, the amount of the used cation starch, the idling speed agitation time and the pH value on flocculation action were discussed. The experimental results showed that the optimum condition was as followed: the setting time 24 min; the amount of the used cation starch 20 mg · L^-1 ; the idling speed agitation time 14 min;the pH 8. Under this condition, the beer sewage turbidity may fall to 3.9 NTU.
