碳钢表面金属陶瓷涂层技术的研究 被引量:1

摘要 对碳钢表面金属陶瓷涂层的配方、涂敷工艺、热处理工艺等进行了研究。研制的金属陶瓷涂层连续均匀、致密,陶瓷成分分布均匀,陶瓷相的质量分数为15%~45%。在一定条件下进行的冲刷腐蚀实验表明,金属陶瓷涂层的耐冲蚀、磨蚀性能分别为碳钢、18-8钢和Inconel 600合金的20,5和2倍。它是提高构件抗冲刷和腐蚀,延长使用寿命的优良材料。 The formulations, application process and heat treatment process, etc of metal ceramic coatings on carbon steel surface are researched. The metal ceramic coating developed is continuous, uniform and compact, and is even in ceramic distribution. The ceramic phase content is in the range of 15w% -45w%. The erosion corrosion tests under certain conditions show that the metal ceramic coating's resistance to impingement corrosion and erosion corrosion is 20, 5 and 2 times that of carbon steel, 10 - 8 steel and Inconel 600 alloy respectively. It is an excellent material for the equipment components in erosive and corrosive services, which offers an extended service life.
