摘要
通过挂片失重法、电化学曲线法、扫描电镜及能谱分析,对25,40,60和80℃时20号碳钢在H_2S饱和NaCl溶液中的腐蚀行为进行了研究。结果表明:在试验条件下,20号碳钢发生严重的H_2S腐蚀;随着温度升高,腐蚀速率增大,腐蚀产物膜形貌发生明显改变;腐蚀产物膜具有一定的保护作用,且随着时间的延长其元素组成逐渐发生变化,保护性也越来越好。
Weight loss method, potentiodynamic polarization, SEM and EDS methods were used to study the corrosion behavior of 20 # steel in H2S - saturated NaCI solution at different temperatures(25℃ ,40℃ ,60℃ ,80℃ ). The results show that 2# steel suffered from severe H2S corrosion at testing conditions. The corrosion rate increased with temptrature increase. The corrosion scale can protect the steel from corrosion to some degree and the protection performance become increasingly better due to the gradual constituent change with time
