摘要
丙烷脱沥青装置因加热炉管爆裂失火。研究表明,加热炉管爆裂既有原油腐蚀的影响,也有操作条件的影响,还有金属管材氧化的影响,是诸多因素共同作用的结果。对此提出了有针对性的改进意见。
The blowout of furnace tubes in Propane Deasphalting Unit led to a fire. In this paper, the failure reason was analyzed. It showed that the tube failure was the result of oxidative corrosion in high temperature, sulphide corrosion and naphthenic acid corrosion. And then the preventive measure was introduced.
