摘要
根据液硫储罐投产6年以来的运行情况,发现罐顶板及罐顶附件极容易腐蚀。经分析发现所发生的腐蚀为有水分存在情况下的低温H_2S腐蚀,生成的腐蚀产物主要为FeS,所以液硫储罐的腐蚀又为FeS腐蚀。通过对罐顶的防腐处理、保证保温质量以及部分附件的材质升级,找到液硫储罐的防腐方法。
Based upon the operation status of the liquid sulfur tank, it was found that the head plate and the head accessories are subject to corrosion. Further analysis demonstrated that it was a low - temperature H2S corrosion with H2O molecule. The corrosion product mainly was FeS. Therefore, the corrosion of liquid sulfur tank was FeS corrosion. The anti - corrosion treatment in tank head, good insulation quality and upgrading the materials of accessories has proven to be the good solution to the corrosion.
