根据液硫储罐投产6年以来的运行情况,发现罐顶板及罐顶附件极容易腐蚀。经分析发现所发生的腐蚀为有水分存在情况下的低温H_2S腐蚀,生成的腐蚀产物主要为FeS,所以液硫储罐的腐蚀又为FeS腐蚀。通过对罐顶的防腐处理、保证保温质量以及部分附件的材质升级,找到液硫储罐的防腐方法。

Based upon the operation status of the liquid sulfur tank, it was found that the head plate and the head accessories are subject to corrosion. The anti - corrosion treatment in tank head, good insulation quality and upgrading the materials of accessories has proven to be the good solution to the corrosion.
