摘要
根据含酸油的分布结合环烷酸腐蚀的特征和延迟焦化的实际状况,分析了环烷酸腐蚀对延迟焦化装置的影响,对加工高酸值渣油延迟焦化装置监测和工艺防腐蚀提出相应意见,并对延迟焦化装置管道选材进行分析。
The impact of naphthenic acid corrosion on delayed coker is analyzed based upon the crude acid distribution, the characteristics of naphthenic acid corrosion and delayed coking process. Recommendations on the corrosion monitoring and corrosion prevention in delayed coker for processing high - acidity crudes are presented. And the material selection for pipelines in delayed coker is analyzed.
