摘要
用法国BV公司开发的RB.eye软件对二重整装置全部在用静设备进行风险评估计算。装置主要腐蚀形态有:高温氢腐蚀,高温H_2-H_2S的腐蚀和H_2S-HCl-H_2O的腐蚀等。对在软件使用过程中出现的湿硫化氢腐蚀、氯离子的腐蚀、pH值的测定和腐蚀速率的选取等问题进行了探讨,提出了目前所采取的解决方法。通过应用软件进行风险计算,发现催化重整装置由于操作工况较高,反应器采用热壁式反应器,装置的整体风险水平是较高的,因此,必须采取有效措施来降低设备风险。
The RB. eye computer software developed by BV Company of France is used in the risk evaluation calculation for the static equipment in the No. 2 catalytic reforming unit. The main corrosion forms of the unit are high - temperature hydrogen attack, high - temperature H2 - H2S corrosion, H2 S - HCl - HE O corrosion, etc. The wet hydrogen sulfide corrosion, chlorine ion corrosion,measurement of pH value and selection of corrosion rate, etc in the application of computer software are studied, and solutions are proposed. The calculation of the risk with the application software has found that the CCR unit has a higher risk due to its higher operating conditions and application of hot - wall reactor. Therefore, effective measures must be taken to reduce the risk of equipment.
