摘要
通过活塞杆金相组织、断口裂纹并结合工艺过程对半产品气压缩机三级活塞杆断裂故障进行分析,认为工艺介质H_2S质量分数增加、活塞杆Ni-P层磨损、活塞杆存在残余应力和活塞杆发生应力腐蚀开裂是导致活塞杆断裂的主要原因。
The analysis of fracture failure of 3rd - stage piston rod in intermediate product process gas compressor on the basis of piston rod microstructure, fracture cracking and process concludes that increased H2S concentration in process media, wearing of Ni - P layer of piston rod, existence of residual stress and stress corrosion cracking are the main causes for rod fracture.
