摘要
对满天星增殖阶段的嫩茎进行保留茎尖、去除茎尖及基底茎切段和去除茎尖同时保留基底茎切段3种处理后接种培养.比较在增殖阶段不同浓度植物激素BA和NAA配比对其生长的影响及在壮苗生根阶段不同浓度MS培养基、NAA和不同量活性炭配比综合处理后的效果.试验结果表明,去除茎尖同时保留基底茎切段时侧芽萌发多且壮,增殖阶段以用MS+BA3+NAA0.5培养基为佳.壮苗生根阶段用第一次增殖阶段的试管苗作材料时,以12MS+NAA0.2+AC1为最佳组合;用第二次增殖阶段的试管苗作材料时,以14MS+NAA0.2+AC1为最优组合.
Three kind of chopped stem parts are cultured. During the proliferating period, the effect on growth in different ratio of plyto hormone BA to NAA, as well as the effect on growth during the sprout strengthing and rooting period in different concentrations of MS medium, NAA and active charcoal are compared. The results show that many strong side buds can sprout from those chopped stem parts if its stem apex is cut away and the basal stem is left behind. It’s better to use the medium MS+BA 3+NAA 0.5 during proliferating period. However, during the sprout strengthing and rooting period, the best choice is 12 MS+NAA 0.2+AC 1 if the seedling comes from the first proliferating period, or it’s better to use the 14 MS+NAA 0.2+AC 1 if the seedling comes from the second proliferating period.
