高职经济管理类专业以培养生产、经营、管理、服务一线的经济管理类高级应用型人才为目标,它的根本特征在于职业性。这要求高职经济管理类专业的教育既注重基础理论的实用性和应用性,更强调职业能力和职业素养的重要性。本文通过对高职培养目标的再认识,提出经济管理类专业实践教学要在教学目标的指导下,根据不同的能力层次采取相应的实训教学方法,通过实训达到学生素质、教师教学能力和院校教学质量的共同提高。

The economic management of vocational education is for the purpose to train more applied people of talent in the lines of production, management, administration, economic management and so on. It is a fundamental characteristic of occupation. This requires professional education on the basis of both theory and practical application, but stresses more on the importance of vocational ability.
