摘要
在大学英语教学中,听力是"纲",但却是薄弱环节。因此,在大学英语教学中应当重视听力教学并努力提高听力教学的效果,充分发挥听力教学在英语教学中的巨大作用。本文分析了大一新生遇到的英语听力问题,并提出相应的强化训练的对策,以期提高学生的听力能力,促进英语交际能力的发展。
In English teaching at tertiary level, listening, though regarded as the pivot of all four macro skills, is the weakest link. Thus, in College English teaching, listening teaching should be prioritized so that its power in English teaching and learning could be fully exer- ted. The article summarises major listening problems of first-year undergraduates and propo- ses corresponding strategies. It is believed that improved listening ability paves way for the development of communicative competence of college students.
