脑卒中患者心理健康调查分析

Investigation analysis on the mental health in stroke patients

目的了解脑卒中患者的心理健康水平。方法对82例脑卒中患者进行症状自评量表(SCL-90)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)及汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评定。结果脑卒中患者的心理健康水平较低,常有明显的焦虑和抑郁等。结论对脑卒中患者常规治疗的同时,应特别关注病人的心理健康,加强心理治疗,必要时及时应用抗抑郁或抗焦虑药物。

Objective To study the level of mental health in the patients with stroke. Methods Eighty-two patients with stroke were assessed with SCL-90 and Hamilton depression scale （HAMD） and Hamilton anxiety scale（HAMA）. Results The stroke patients＇ psychological health level was lower than the nomal subjects, and had obvious anxiety and depression, etc. Conclusion We should pay attention to the mental health of the patients with stroke. It is necessary to carry on the psycho- therapy. Antidepressants and antianxietic should be used in some patients with depression and anxiety.
