摘要
目的观察脑梗死与脑出血患者急性期血脂与血清脂蛋白的差异。方法回顾性分析94例脑出血与147例脑梗死患者急性期血清甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、载脂蛋白AⅠ(ApoAⅠ)、载脂蛋白B(ApoB)、脂蛋白a〔Lp(a)〕、ApoAⅠ/ApoB之间的异同。结果脑梗死组TG、TC、HDL-C、ApoAⅠ/ApoB与脑出血组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脑出血与脑梗死血脂代谢异常有显著差异。
Objective To show the difference of serum lipids and serum lipoprotein between patients with cerebral hemor-rhage（CH） and cerebral infarction（CI）. Methods Serum levels of TG, TC, HDL-C, LDL-C, Lp（a）, ApoAI , ApoB, ApoA I/ ApoB were determined in 94 CH and 147 CI patients. Results Serum levels of TG and TC of CI patients were significantly higher than that of the CH patients, and the CH patients had higher levels of HDL-C and ApoAI/ApoB than the CI patients （all P〈0.05）. Conclusion There are unambiguous differences in metabolic disorder of serum lipids between patients with CH and CI.
