血管紧张素转换酶2基因多态性与高血压及高血压合并糖尿病的关系 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨血管紧张素转换酶2(angiotensin converting enzyme 2,ACE2)基因多态性与高血压及高血压合并糖尿病之间的关系。方法应用聚合酶链反应-限制性片段长度多态性检测高血压组、糖尿病组、高血压合并糖尿病组及对照组之间的ACE2基因G8790A多态性,并推测ACE2基因多态性与高血压合并糖尿病的发病关系。结果与高血压组、糖尿病组及对照组比较,男性高血压合并糖尿病组有显著性差异(P<0.05),女性在基因表型及基因频率上高血压合并糖尿病组与各组间均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论ACE2基因G8790A多态性位点与高血压和糖尿病的发生未见相关,与高血压合并糖尿病的男性患者发生有一定的关系。 Objective The experiment was designed to investigate the association of the minor allele of ACE2 G8790A polymorphism with essential hypertension and essential hypertension with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods All these samples were extracted DNA by blood cell. Polymerase chain reaction(PCR) and PCR combined with restriction enzyme digestion were used to identify the ACE2 G8790A polymorphism. Results In the group with both EH and T2DM, the male showed significant differences compared with the EH group, T2DM group and control group(P〈0.05); The three genotypes of the female showed no significant difference in each group (P〉0.05); The gene frequency type A of the female increased slightly, but showed no significant difference compared with the EH group, T2DM group and control group (P〉0. 05). Conclusion There was correlation between ACE2 gene polymorphism and the male patients with EH and T2DM. There was no significant correlation in ACE2 gene polymorphism between EH and T2DM.
