腹盆腔占位患者术前下肢静脉超声检查的临床价值

Clinical value of low extremity vein color Doppler flow imaging in patients with abdominal pelvic tumor

目的探讨下肢静脉彩色多普勒超声（CDFI）在腹盆腔占位患者术前的应用价值。方法对36例伴有下肢肿胀、疼痛等症状的腹盆腔占位患者术前行CDFI检查，测量股静脉的血流参数，检查有无下肢静脉血栓。结果受检患者中12例腹盆腔恶性肿瘤患者发生下肢静脉血栓（血栓组），余24例虽未发生血栓（非血栓组），但其股静脉血流速度均减低，平静呼吸时股静脉最大血流速度均〈14cm／s。结论对出现下肢症状的腹盆腔占位的围手术期患者，特别是恶性肿瘤患者术前应常规行CDFI检查，及时诊断下肢静脉血栓，给予临床干预，以保证手术安全进行，还可以对未形成血栓患者的下肢静脉血流淤滞状况给予提示。

Objective To explore the application value of low extremity vein color Doppler flow imaging （CDFI） in patients with abdominal pelvic tumor before operation. Methods Thirty - six patients with lower extremity engorge or pain were examined by CDFI before operation. Then the femoral venous blood parameters were measured, and whether low extremity thrombosis existed was examined. Results Venous thrombosis of low extremity happened in 12 patients with malignant abdominal pelvic tumor. Venous thrombosis wasnt detected in the rest 24 patients, but their femoral vein blood flow velocity was decreased, the peak velocity was less than 14cm/s during eupnea. Conclusion CDFI is an important method in diagnosis of patients with abdomainal pelvic tumor, especially in patients with malignant tumors.
