抗肿瘤免疫与肝癌热消融相关性的研究进展

The progress of correlation between antineoplastic immune and thermal ablation of hepatocellular carcinoma

热消融治疗后肿瘤局部和外周血中抗肿瘤免疫指标升高，联合增强免疫治疗能改善预后，有望在降低肿瘤近期复发或转移，提高患者远期生存率和生活质量中发挥作用。现就这些免疫指标的研究进展、临床应用及存在的问题作一综述。

After thermal ablation therapy , the antineoplastie immune indexes of tumor local and peripheral blood were increased, enhanced immune therapy can improve the prognosis, it is expected to reduce tumor recurrence or transfer, improve the long-term survival rate and quality of life in patients with hepatocellular carcinoma. This article reviews the progress, clinical application and existing problems of these immune indexes.
