摘要
以保加利亚尖椒为试验材料,探索子叶离体组织培养与植株再生体系的建立。结果表明:诱芽率达到100%,不定芽伸长率达83%,生根率达到100%,从不定芽诱导到完整植株获得仅需约60d。
Bulgaria Capsicum was choosed to explore the cotyledon culture in vitro and the establishment of plant regeneration.The results showed that the rate ofinducesd bud and rooting could reach 100% and the elangating rate of adventitious shoot could achieve as 83%.It cost only 60 days from inducing the adventitious shoot to obtaining the whole plant.
