摘要
通过对海枫藤花粉块的离体萌发试验研究结果表明:不同蔗糖浓度、不同激素、不同花期海枫藤花粉块的萌发率不同,以蔗糖浓度为10%,含15mg/L 6-BA,初花期的花粉块萌发率最高。
The results of the research indicate that marseenia officinalis pollen germination in different sucrose concentration,different hormone and different florescence are different.The vitro germination rate of the first florescence in 10% sucrose concentration and 15mg/mL 6-BA is the best result：
