氪黄激光治疗糖尿病黄斑水肿的疗效观察 被引量:2

摘要 目的观察氪黄激光治疗糖尿病黄斑水肿的疗效。方法2007年3月至2007年12月经眼底荧光造影检查确诊为糖尿病视网膜病变Ⅳ期并伴有黄斑水肿,接受氩激光全视网膜光凝联合黄斑区氪黄激光栅格样光凝治疗的2型糖尿病患者63例75只眼,分析术后1、3和6个月的视力和眼底荧光造影的变化。结果术后1个月,视力提高20只眼(26.7%),视力稳定27只眼(36.0%),视力下降28只眼(37.3%);眼底荧光造影检查无明显渗漏11只眼(14.7%),渗漏缩小37只眼(49.3%),渗漏无明显变化27只眼(36.0%)。术后3个月,视力提高31只眼(41.3%),视力稳定28只眼(37.3%),视力下降16只眼(21.3%);眼底荧光造影检查无明显渗漏33只眼(44.0%),渗漏缩小28只眼(37.3%),渗漏无明显变化14只眼(18.7%)。术后6个月,视力提高43只眼(57.3%),稳定24只眼(32.0%),视力下降8只眼(10.7%);眼底荧光造影检查无明显渗漏57只眼(76.0%),渗漏缩小11只眼(14.7%),渗漏无明显变化7只眼(9.3%)。结论氪黄激光栅格样光凝治疗糖尿病黄斑水肿疗效显著。 Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of krypton yellow laser in treating diabetic macular edema. Methods Sixty-three patients (75 eyes ) , were with stage Ⅳ diabetic retinopathy and macular edema and examined by fundus fluorescein angiography(FFA) the change in vision and FFA was analyzed at 1,3 and 6 months after therapy. Results At 1 month after therapy , the vision was improved in 20 (26.7%) eyes , remained in 27 (36. 0% ) eyes and decreased in 28 ( 37.3% ) eyes. The FFA showed the ]eakage stop in 11 ( 14. 7% ) eyes, reduced in 37 (49. 3% ) eyes and remained in 27 ( 36. 0% ) eyes; at 3 months after therapy, the vision was improved in 31 (41.3%) eyes, remained in 28 (37.3%) eyes and decreased in 16 (21.3%) eyes. The FFA showed the leakage stop in 33 (44. 0% ) eyes, reduced in 28 (37. 3% ) eyes and remained in 14 ( 18.7% ) eyes ; at 6 months after therapy, the vision was improved in 43 ( 57.3% ) eyes, remained in 24 ( 32.0% ) eyes and decreased in 8 ( 10. 7% ) eyes. The FFA showed the leakage stop in 57 (76. 0% ) eyes, reduced in 11 ( 14.7% ) eyes and remained in 7 (9. 3% ) eyes and. Conclusions The krypton yellow laser is efficient to treat diabetic macular edema.
