不同皮肤类型患者激光脱毛的最佳剂量及疗效 被引量:11

摘要 目的总结不同皮肤类型患者采用激光脱毛所需的最佳剂量及疗效。方法应用Lightsheer半导体激光脱毛机对不同皮肤类型患者进行脱毛治疗,各种皮肤类型均由相同最低治疗剂量开始,逐渐增加能量,最终寻找合适的治疗剂量。同时观察各型皮肤在术中、术后的反应及最终疗效。结果不同皮肤类型患者所用最佳激光剂量不同,Ⅱ、Ⅲ,Ⅳ、Ⅴ和Ⅵ型皮肤所需激光能量呈递减式,而术中、术后反应、反应持续时间及达到满意脱毛效果所需的治疗次数与前者相反。结论半导体激光脱毛对不同皮肤类型采用不同治疗剂量及术后不同对症处理方法,均能取得满意的脱毛效果。 Objective To observe the local reaction and curative effects of Lightsheer semi-conductor laser for skins epilation. Methods Lightsheer semi-conductor laser was used to remove hair. The treatment energy for people of different complexion, started from the same lowest dose, gradually increased, until reached the most appropriate dose. Local reaction and curative effects during and after the procedure were observed. Results The most appropriate dose for people of different complexion was different. For different skin types, such as skins of types Ⅱ , Ⅲ, Ⅳ, Ⅴ and Ⅵ, the proper energy was not descending. But the degree of local reaction during and after epilation,the duration of un- toward effects, and the needed number of times of treatment to reach satisfactory curative effects over contrary. Conclusions For people of different complexion, using different dose of energy and proper treatments to avoid untoward effects, the semi-conductor laser can reach satisfactory curative effects for skin epilation.
