摘要
目的以Vita In-Ceram YZ染色液比色板颜色作对照,对烧制的IL1~IL5氧化锆材料的色度值进行测定。方法向添加3Y-TZP陶瓷粉体中添加氧化铁、氧化铈和氧化铋等金属氧化物,配制出5种具有颜色梯度的牙科着色氧化锆陶瓷,分光光度计进行颜色测定,计算与染色液比色板对应色片的色差值。结果着色氧化锆的颜色空间范围是L:67.76~77.78;a:-2.19~3.80;b:12.13~25.01。其中IL1~IL3与LL1~LL3的色差值较小,IL4与LL4在色品上的色差可以通过饰面瓷的配色来补偿,而IL5与LL5的明度差异则不易通过饰面瓷来调配。结论对氧化锆粉体进行着色处理,可配制出具有一定颜色梯度和半透明性的本体着色氧化锆材料,颜色空间与Vita In-Ceram YZ染色液比色板近似,可用于临床上与饰面瓷颜色匹配。
Objective To determine the chroma value of sintered ILI-IL5 zirconia materials in comparison with the Vita In-Ceram YZ color shade. Methods Five types of shading dental zirconia ceramics with color gradient were prepared by adding Fe203, CeO2, and Bi203 to the zirconia powder, and their chroma values were determined using a spectrophotometer and the color difference was calculated. Results The chroma value ranges were L: 67.76-77.78, a: -2.19-3.80, and b: 12.13-25.01. Slight AE was found between ILl and LL1, IL2 and LL2, and IL3 and LL3. The AE between IL4 and LL4 could be compensated by veneering porcelain, whereas AL between IL5 and LL5 could not be compensated in this manner. Conclusion Shading dental zirconia ceramics can be prepared by addition of metal oxides with color similar to the Vita In-Ceram YZ color shades to match that of the veneering porcelain in clinical practice.
