大剂量维生素AK及其互作对肝肾功能的影响 被引量:3

摘要 160只1日龄AA肉鸡饲喂基础日粮1周后,随机分为正常对照组、+VitA组、+VitK组、+VitA+VitK组,共4组,其日粮组成分别为基础日粮、基础日粮+40ONRCVitA、基础日粮+80ONRCVitK、基础日粮+40ONRCVitA+80ONRCVitK。在4周龄和7周龄末,每组心脏采血10只,检测肝、肾功能,结果显示:(1)VitA显著影响肝脏的功能,使血清总蛋白(TP)、谷丙转氨酶(GPT)、谷草转氨酶(GOT)活性明显升高,血清白蛋白(ALB)含量显著降低;VitK对肝脏功能无显著影响;同时添加大剂量VitA和VitK,亦可显著地影响肝脏的功能,血清GPT、GOT活性明显高于对照组,但低于+VitA组,血清ALB含量显著低于对照组,但高于+VitA组。说明VitA和VitK之间存在一定的拮抗作用。(2)VitA显著增加血清中尿素氮(BUN)的含量,降低血中尿酸(URIC)的含量;VitK对血清BUN无显著影响,降低血中尿酸的含量;同时添加VitA和VitK,其血中BUN含量接近正常,显著低于单独添加VitA,说明VitA与VitK在对肾脏的作用上,存在着拮抗作用。据此可以认为:大剂量VitA? One hundred and sixty'AA'Broilers were divided randomly into 4 groups of 40 broilers each. The dietary treatments were as follows: Control: Basic diet;+A group:Basic diet +400NRC VA;+K group: Basic diet +800NRC VK; +A+K group: Basic diet+400NRC VA+800NRC VK.Enough food and water was supplied for the broilers. Data of weights of broilers and consumption of food every week was taken. By the end of 4thweek and 7thweek, the blood was collected by heart puncture and the serum was separated and tested. 5 boilers in each group was killed and their organs were weighted. The results were as follows: HypervitaminosisA seriously affected the function of the liver and kidney with the GLOB increased and the ALB decreased. In addition, increased the activity of ALT and AST, and the BUN concentration in serum. The hypervitaminosis K.A could decrease toxicity of vitamin A, due to its antagonism.
