摘要 目的:探讨p63蛋白和p63基因两种亚型(TAp63及ΔNp63)在Castleman病(CD)及滤泡性淋巴瘤(FL)中的表达情况。方法:应用免疫组织化学法检测26例CD及18例FL中p63蛋白的表达情况,同时用逆转录聚合酶链反应技术(RT-PCR)方法检测p63两种亚型(TAp63及ΔNp63)表达情况,20例反应性增生性淋巴结炎(RHL)作为对照。结果:4例CD(4/26,15.4%)和10例FL(10/18,55.6%)、2例RHL(2/20,10%)p63表达呈阳性。p63蛋白在FL中的阳性率要明显高于CD和RHL(P<0.05)。而p63蛋白在CD和RHL中的阳性表达率无差别(P>0.05)。RT-PCR结果显示阳性表达的均为TAp63,未见ΔNp63表达。结论:p63可能作为致癌基因参与了FL的发生,而在CD的发生中,p63基因可能并不起主要作用。 Objective: To investigate the expression of p63 protein and p63 mRNA in Castleman disease (CD) and follicular lymphomas(FL). Methods: p63 peotein expresstion was detected in 26 cases of Castleman disease (CD) and 18 cases of follicular lymphomas (FL) with immunohistochemistry.And reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) was used to observe p63 isoforms expression (TAp63 and ANp63). Twenty cases of reactive hyperplasia lymphoid (RHL) tissues were used as controls. Results: p63 protein expression was shown in 4 cases of 26 CD, 10 cases of 18 FL and 2 cases of 20 in RHL with immunochemistry. The expression rate of p63 protein in FL was significantly higher than that in CD and RHL(P〈0.05), the expression rates of p63 protein were same in CD and RHL(P〉0.05). Conclusion: p63 gene may act as an oncogene in the development of FL,its effect on the development of CD is not primary.
