摘要
将携带BIV92044毒株的牛外周血单核细胞分别与新生牛脾细胞、肾细胞和肺细胞建立共培养,经过传代和PCR追踪检测及一些因子的处理,发现BIV92044毒株能够持续感染脾细胞,并且在脾细胞中对BIV的表达调控因子和一些外源因子都能做出应答,从而为BIV92044毒株的分子生物学研究建立了一个较好的体外培养体系。
We constructed the co-cultures of bovine PBMCs infected by BIV92044 strain with newly born bovine spleen cells, kidney cells and lung cells respectively, then we blind-passaged the cocultures, using PCR technique to track the virus, and treated the co-cultures with some factors. We found that new born bovine spleen cells can be infected by BIV92044 strain persistently, and the viruses in such cells can respond to the regulatory factor of BIV and some exogenous factors, these results indicate that this in vitro culture system can be used for further molecular biological studies of BIV92044 strain.
